Tess Dumlao is the Founder and CEO of Phoenix Public Relations and Marketing. Her career as a publicist began in broadcast news with her first TV job at KNBC-TV (Ch. 4) in Los Angeles, CA. Her duties included booking guests, researching and field producing for the nationally syndicated consumer advocate show, “Fight Back!” with David Horowitz. Reporters and anchors at KNBC encouraged Tess to try her hand “on the other side of the camera.” Within six months, Tess landed her first reporting job at the NBC affiliate in Palm Springs, CA.
For nearly 20 years, Tess has reported for TV stations in Phoenix, Tucson and anchored the morning newscast for the ABC affiliate in Austin, TX. She has worn many hats in the newsroom from general assignment reporter, investigative reporter, medical reporter to feature reporter. Her most recent on-air position was at ABC 15 for Arizona’s leading lifestyle magazine show. Tess has also worked for the Phoenix NBC affiliate, KPNX-TV (Ch. 12).
Today, Tess takes her years of experience in the news and applies her knowledge to plan the most effective and efficient PR and marketing campaigns for her clients. Tess lays out the road map and oversees all key clients’ marketing strategies. Tess and her team not only coordinate with the clients, but also closely work with news producers, newspaper/magazine editors and various media contacts to ensure each client is accurately represented.
Tess has also sat on the Board of Directors with the Phoenix Police Department’s “Silent Witness” Program. As a media expert, this non-profit branch relied on Tess to promote its law enforcement efforts. Tess has also served as an on-air host for the City of Tempe’s and the City of Peoria’s TV news stations in promoting its local commerce and tourism industry. Tess lives in the West Valley and enjoys keeping active outdoors with her family.

As an editor, advertising sales representative and retail-marketing manager, Robert has gained the invaluable experience of working with a wide range of businesses from family-owned operations to multi-million dollar commercial development projects. Robert has a keen sense of assessing his clients’ comprehensive marketing needs, identifying missed opportunities and guiding clients through the steps of increasing their sales. Many of his clients from more than a decade ago are now clients of the agency who still rely on Robert’s ingenious ideas.
Robert has been nationally recognized for his innovative marketing and advertising initiatives for various national brands. Today, Robert is known by his colleagues and clients as an “out-of-the-box”, forward-thinking digital sales strategist. His social media campaigns have resulted in not just quantity customers for our clients, but equally important, quality clients.
Robert is also certified in the areas of web development and design, graphic design, as well as certifications in film and post-production editing from UCLA. Robert lives in the West Valley with his family where they are all actively involved in community theater. He also currently sits on the Board of Directors with Every Kid Counts Charity, a group committed to empowering under-served children by providing resources and support.

Nicole Jaillet is an award-winning writer and news producer turned public relations professional. She uses her knowledge of television news, public/government relations, social media and strategic communications to help clients gain positive news coverage while maintaining brand integrity.
Nicole made the “jump” to public relations after spending more than a decade working in television newsrooms in Nevada and Arizona, most notably as a news producer for “Good Morning Arizona”, the highest-rated morning newscast in the state. In her first public relations position, she served as the press secretary for Nevada Governor Brian Sandoval. She later joined the communications team at the State of Arizona. Nicole also spent several years helping private-sector companies looking to gain market advantage through coordinated communications strategy.
A story-teller at heart, Nicole recognizes the power of telling the right story at the right time to gain positive attention and noteworthy press coverage for Phoenix Public Relations clients.
Her work has garnered client coverage in the New York Times, USA Today, The Washington Post, the Today Show, Yahoo! News, Pregnancy & Newborn Magazine and numerous local television stations across the country.
Nicole lives in the East Valley with her family. When she’s not working, you’ll likely find her running, hiking, reading, crafting or blogging.

Jacki Lo enjoys connecting clients to their desired target audience through the art of Public Relations. She resides in Phoenix, Arizona where she was born and raised. It is through her experiences and understanding of the news, the local culture and community she calls ‘home’ that give Jacki an edge in PR. She loves promoting up-and-coming professionals, new business ventures and any good cause that enriches people to feel empowered.
Jacki has worked as a news producer in Phoenix for the NBC affiliate KPNX-TV (Ch. 12) and the Fox affiliate, KSAZ-TV (Fox 10). Her experience in the newsroom included covering current events and scheduling feature stories. Through these assignments Jacki sharpened her skills of good communication and efficient planning. After a career in television news, Jacki naturally gravitated towards public relations where she enjoyed securing media coverage for valued clients.
Jacki’s media background also includes working as a content writer and video producer for a series of educational materials used by schools for students in kindergarten through high school. Her work is still being viewed in classrooms in the U.S. and overseas including Canada and throughout Asia. Jacki has also served as an Adjunct Faculty member at Arizona State University in the College of Broadcast Journalism and Communications teaching upperclassmen the basics of news writing and reporting. Jacki lives in North Phoenix with her family and volunteers her time to various community outreach programs to help families in need.

Ashlei White is a proud ASU graduate who originally hailed from Sharpsburg, North Carolina. Like many small-town girls, she dreamed of city life and opportunities far from home. In July 2006, she packed her Mazda 3 and drove 2,200 miles to Arizona State sight unseen and has not looked back since. Ashlei married her college sweetheart and happily lives a quick light-rail ride away from Sun Devil Stadium.
Ashlei holds a BA in Psychology and an MBA specializing in Marketing. She brings fresh ideas and great energy to Phoenix PR with her experience as the brand manager for a successful social media company, and as a marketing coordinator for an Arizona industrial real-estate company. She is a vital part of Phoenix PR as she provides in-depth market research for our clients in the always-changing landscape of marketing and social media.
When she is not working, she loves watching Sun Devil athletics and cheering for the Carolina Panthers. In the fall, you can find her nestled in the stands looking down at Frank Kush Field! Ashlei is a creative visionary, tenacious, and she has never met a stranger, she is a powerful ally for clients and teammates alike!
